The NEXUS is a 25-story Grade A office landmark in Phnom Penh that breaks from conventional tower design. Its form takes cues from the nearby Mekong River, using a fluid, aerodynamic shape rather than a rigid, boxy structure. It has an active retail/dining base on the first two floors, column-free flexible office floors (3–24) with 180-degree views, and a wellness floor on top with a spa, gym, and sky lounge.
Overall, the design blends commercial functionality with an experiential, landmark-quality identity tied to its riverside setting.
